Boarding the "Blue Moon" is easy with a swim step to walk on. A transom door leads into a spacious cockpit with an L-shaped settee, as well as a folding table that can be completely removed and stored in the compartment below the seat, there is also Bulkhead seating. The Cockpit is finished off with a Sure Shade that extends over this area of the Aft Deck. Steps lead up from the cockpit to the flybridge, which has two Stidd chairs and a corner sitting area with a small table. Equipped with two Raymarine Screens with multi-function displays, Cummins' Vessel view and a joystick control to the right of the gearshifts. The view from the Fly Bridge is outstanding with 360 degree vision for the Captain. The Masthead is set on a hinge and easily folded down-she is a perfect vessel to do "The Great Loop”. The Blue Bimini top allows for ample shade and a breeze to flow through.
Access to the Foredeck; you have ample walking room up the sides of the vessel with grab rails and the safety of a full length "very sturdy" Bow Rail. Ground Tackle and Storage Hatches at the Bow.
A sliding door leads from the cockpit to the salon, which has an L-shaped settee that will seat six and a folding, high-low pedestal table to port. The 6'6" headroom and 14-foot beam add to the airiness of this area, the interior is finished in varnished cherry and sound-deadening soft headliner panels. Teak and Holly floor is throughout the vessel.
Move forward down 2 steps to a mid-level galley. There is an electric two-burner stove, a microwave convection oven, two-drawer refrigeration, and ample storage beneath the floor.
The Galley is set up to keep the person who might be preparing food, involved with the conversation with Captain at the helm or guests in the Salon. It really does make practical sense.
To Starboard Forward of the Salon is the Helm station with one Stidd chair. Just aft of the Helm is a cabinet that houses the electrical panel and a 19" pop-up flat-screen TV. The Helm station and entire Salon have exceptional vision all-around and easily closed up at night for privacy with Ocean Air blinds throughout.
In the center of the Salon Floor, one gains access to the Engine Room through a Lift-Up Hatch on Shock Struts.
Two steps down from the Galley is the Guest Stateroom, which can be outfitted with an optional dinette. This space converts to a bed or can also be used as an office. A sliding shoji screen pocket door provides privacy. Across the companionway to port is a large head with a separate circular shower stall. The Master Sstateroom forward has its own entry to the Head, a queen-sized island berth, a flat-panel TV, and ample storage in drawers and lockers. Windows and Hatches with Ocean Air Screens, Blinds and Overhead Lighting finish off the Master.
The Fine Craftsmanship of Sabre shows throughout the entire vessel.
