PIECE A CAKE is a four Stateroom with four Head layout with the Saloon, Dinette and Galley up on the main deck level, with an enclosed Pilothouse forward of that. The Staterooms have been customized to provide a private entry to the Master Stateroom directly from the Main Saloon, and a full beam VIP Stateroom forward of the engine rooms mid-ship, very similar to much newer Hatteras designs. The two Guest Staterooms (with bunk beds) are forward and are accessed via companionway steps to the right of the lower helm in the Pilothouse. The original dinette that was located at the foot of the companionway steps has been converted to a very usable office area. The Flybridge is accessed via ladder from the Pilothouse, and has a huge U-shaped wraparound cushioned seating area. There’s also a barbeque grill up there, the Tender and its lifting crane, drop-in freezer, sink, lots of storage, two Helm seats and the Helm and instrumentation. Overhead the entire Flybridge is covered with SS framework with a white Stamoid top.
Aft of the Galley/Dinette is the recently redecorated Main Saloon which features a comfortable seating area, formal dining table, access stairs down to the Master Stateroom and full entertainment equipment. Aft in the Saloon is double door entry to the raised aft cockpit. Saloon features include:
Aft of the Saloon through two swing out wooden doors. Enough space to put a couple of chairs and table out there for that leisure time drink and kick up your feet.
Aft Deck features include:
Aft of the Wheelhouse/Pilothouse, on the main deck level, is the large Galley, to port, with the U-shaped dinette to starboard. The updated Galley features Corian counter tops and a pass-through to the Salon Dining area, which also serves as a two seat breakfast bar on the Saloon side.
Galley features include:
The Master Stateroom is accessed via a stairway from the Main Saloon on the portside. At the base of the stairway, to your left, is a six foot long closet (with built-in safe), with entry to the Stateroom to the right. The Master Stateroom features a centerline island queen bed, port and starboard dressers, night stands, reading lights, book shelves and lighted sit down vanity. Entertainment equipment includes a Sony flat panel TV with DVD player and a stereo system. There are mirrors facing the bed, an SMX II A/C control panel and beige carpeting.
The ensuite head is quite large, with tub/shower, vanity, sink and VacuFlush head and one opening porthole
The Wheelhouse is on the main deck level, just forward of the Galley & Dinette area. There are sliding doors, port and starboard, for access to the side decks, a door to close off the Galley, and companionway steps down to access the Guest cabins and a ladder to the Flybridge. Also, a bench type helm seat with storage, teak sole, reverse cycle air conditioning and a U-Line ice maker.
At the bottom of the steps curving inward from the Wheelhouse is the former dinette converted to an office area on the starboard side. The office area is highlighted by a teak desk with storage drawers and a filing cabinet.
Centerline there is a lift-up sole for access to the Mechanical Room which houses the batteries, two gensets and all A/C compressors.
Aft of this area is the VIP Guest Stateroom; to portside is the Mid-Guest Stateroom and forward is the Forward Guest Stateroom (a total of four Staterooms, including Master), each covered in its own section herein.
Accessed down several steps on the starboard side of the Wheelhouse is the VIP Stateroom and the two bunk bed Staterooms and their respective Heads. Once at the bottom of the steps then aft and down four steps, is the unique VIP Stateroom. It features a walk-around, athwartship queen berth, hanging locker, mirrored bulkheads fore and aft, night stand and storage and overhead cabinets, 24" flat screen TV, Pioneer AM/FM/Cassette/CD stereo system with six disc changer and private Head with Stall Shower.
