Mallacoota is ideal for the cruising family that also wants to entertain large groups. With the aft curtains rolled up the large cockpit and social pilothouse merge into a wonderful entertaining space. The clever pilothouse settee can transform to work perfectly any social or intimate gathering. MALLACOOTA’s soft chine hull rides smoothly and efficiently through the chop without pounding. At a cruising speed of 18knots she burns an estimated 15gph with a rage of 260nm with 10% fuel reserve. A centerline keel keeps a steady heading while underway and helps protect the props and rudders.
Located 5 minutes off I95 in Stonington, CT.

Rolling up the aft canvas enclosure transforms the feel of the boat by combining the cockpit and pilothouse. The wet bar to starboard offers pressured fresh water with ample counter space to prepare drinks or serve hors d’oeuvres. Underneath the counter is an ice maker and more storage. Immediately to port is a clever dinette where the fore and aft seatbacks can be oriented so someone can face forward or aft. The forward seat also raises when in the forward position so the companion is at the same height as the helmsmen. The dinette also converts into a double berth. Just forward of the companion seat is a storage compartment for charts and other items. The helm has a beautifully varnished Pompanette helm chair that is due to be recovered.
